What PAYMENT METHODS are available? We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, PayPal and Credit Cards.  If there is some other method of payment you would like to use please contact us.  We will work with you.   We do not accept credit card orders from countries that we consider being a high risk for fraudulent credit card transactions.  Currently these countries include Singapore and most countries in Africa.  We have a wire transfer account available for your use if you are a legitimate customer.

What is a "Survival Knife"?  We consider a SURVIVAL KNIFE to be a multi-purpose knife often with a multi-purpose blade, like a serrated edge that can be used to cut things like seat belts and rope quickly. Many will be strong knives that can be used for tasks like chopping, prying, and spearing. Some knives will have storage in their handles. Survival Knives will vary from small folding ones that can be carried in or on a pocket to large fixed blade ones that are carried in a sheath. 

What is a "Tactical Knife"?  We consider a TACTICAL KNIFE to be a weapon that can be deployed quickly and efficiently with the main purpose being to allow you to win when your life is on the line. Tactical knives will vary from smaller knives that can be carried in a pocket, your boot or your vest to larger knives that are carried in a sheath. 

Do You Ship Outside The United States? Yes - We currently ship around the world.  Customers are responsible for any import duties or tariffs.  Customers are responsible for making sure any item they order is legal for them to receive and possess. See our shipping information page for shipping costs.  We do not accept credit card orders from countries that have a reputation of having a large number of fraudulent credit card orders.  Currently these countries include Singapore and Nigeria. 

What about Import Duties and Taxes? North American Knives does not pay any import duties or taxes on your knife purchase.  If these are required by your country, the purchaser is responsible for them.

How Do I Order Automatic Knives? For security, we use PayPal to process our of our credit card transactions.  PayPal policy does not allow them to process payments for automatic knives.  To order automatic knives from us, we will need to verify that you are Law Enforcement, EMS or Military.  Send us a copy of your identification card, information on what you want to order, where you want it shipped and payment.  We will ship your order to you via UPS or USPS.  If you have any questions contact us.
