BLACKHAWK BLADES

The BlackHawk Company was founded in 1993 by Mike Noell, a former Navy SEAL.  BlackHawk manufactures a lot of quality tactical and survival gear and their obsession with quality is one of the reasons we offer BlackHawk knives.  It is one of the reasons BlackHawk continues to maintain its leadership in the tactical industry.  BlackHawk Knives are now referred to as BlackHawk Blades.  The inspiration for BlackHawk came to Mike Noell while he was operating in Northern Iraq.  He had to carry a lot of gear into an enemy minefield on foot.  His pack failed, dumping his gear onto the ground in the minefield.  He decided that if he made it out alive he would produce gear the way it needed to be made.  When he entered the private sector he started making BlackHawk gear in a garage and has been growing ever since.

Customer feedback is important to BlackHawk.  They get stories from Law Enforcement and Military everyday and then use this information to develop new products.  BlackHawk offers many types of tactical and survival gear, but at North American Knives we only offer their quality Tactical knives and Survival knives.  Quality and Innovation are critical to BlackHawk in their business.  They intend to always push the limits of design and technology for product advancements that save lives. Over the years, BlackHawk has changed in many ways but their mission has remained the same: “to enhance operator efficiency, confidence, and mission completion.”   Just recently, BlackHawk launched an all-new cell to support their Military and Law Enforcement professionals. The Special Operations Business Development (SOBD) Cell is a team of highly trained individuals (some new to BlackHawk and some seasoned veterans with Military and LE backgrounds) who travel the country demonstrating and proving why BlackHawk products are the best in world.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

BlackHawk Blades are warranted to be free from defects in parts and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.  At their option, Blackhawk Products Group™ will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any knife that is found to be defective under these guidelines unless it is damaged due to ordinary wear and tear, damaged due to lack of proper maintenance, damaged by employment outside of their areas of intended use, damaged through misuse of the product or by failure to follow the instructions and warnings contained herein. Please note in the case of the M.O.D. and BlackHawk! Blades products that “misuse of the product” includes, but is not limited to, such activities as prying, throwing the knife, using it as a screwdriver, or opening folding knives with inertial or "wrist snap" openings. The following conditions and exclusions also apply: Disassembly or modification of any M.O.D. or BlackHawk Blades product by an unauthorized person voids this warranty.
